Our hosting runs in two data centres, Maryland and Buffalo. Your sites and mailboxes are kept in both, and if one data centre has a problem the other takes over automatically within minutes.
Standard Hosting
Web hosting for one or more websites:
- your website at your own domain, with free HTTPS certificates
- PHP (with settings you can adjust) and MySQL databases, with phpMyAdmin
- file access over SFTP with SSH keys
- additional domains and subdomains, as your plan allows
- error logs, a DNS check and DNS management for domains whose DNS we host
Email Hosting
Email at your own domain:
- email accounts (mailboxes) with IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, usable on any phone, tablet or computer
- webmail in your browser
- forwarders and a catch-all address
- spam and virus filtering
- a deliverability check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a mail log of what was sent and received
Standard Hosting with Email
Both of the above in one service and one Control Panel.
Email Hosting (IMAP/POP) add-on
Adds email to a hosting order that does not include it. Once added, the Email tiles appear in that service's Control Panel.
Dedicated Hosting

Your plan's limits
The limits of your plan (disk space, number of databases, email accounts, additional domains and subdomains) are shown in the Control Panel where they apply: at the top of the panel and next to the action that uses them. When you reach a limit, the panel tells you; contact us if you need more.
