Use webmail

Updated 9 hours ago 1 views

Webmail lets you read and send email in any web browser, without setting anything up: useful when you are away from your own devices, or to check that an account's password works.

Signing in

  1. Go to https://maplegrovepartners.com/webmail/, or use the Webmail tile in the Control Panel.
  2. Enter your full email address as the user name, and the account's password.

What you can do

  • read, write, reply to and forward messages; search; move mail between folders
  • manage your folders; they are the same as on your devices when they use IMAP
  • keep contacts and an address book
  • set up an automatic reply or filters, where webmail offers them under Settings

Good to know

  • Sign out when you are done on a shared or public computer, and do not let the browser save the password there.
  • Messages sent from webmail go through the same mail servers as those from your devices; they appear in the mail log like any other.
  • If webmail says the login failed, check the address (all of it, with the domain) and the password. The account's password can be changed in the Control Panel under Email accounts.
