Every order and every renewal comes with an invoice. You find all of them in the client area under Invoices, and each new invoice is also sent to the email address of your client account.
Paying an invoice
- Open the invoice under Invoices (or follow the link in the email).
- Choose one of the payment methods offered on the invoice and follow the steps.
- Once the payment arrives, the invoice is marked paid and the order is activated or renewed automatically. You receive a confirmation by email.
Some payment methods confirm a payment within minutes, others take longer. If an invoice still shows as unpaid a day after you paid, contact us with the payment's date and reference.
Account balance
If you have credit on your account (shown as Account Balance in the menu), it can be used to pay invoices. Credit comes, for example, from a refund or a payment that was larger than the invoice.
Your details on invoices
Your name, company and address on invoices come from your profile in the client area; update them there before the next invoice. Already issued invoices are not changed.
Good to know
- Renewal invoices are created some days before a service's renewal date, so there is time to pay.
- Paying late can lead to a suspension: see Renewals, suspension and cancellation.
- If you do not recognise an invoice, or think it is wrong, contact us before paying.
